Bullying – The Basics

It is a shockingly prevalent form of interaction, where someone takes up more power than others and instead of exercising it in a helpful way, it feels overly-assertive, invasive, even sometimes abusive. It leaves you feeling small, less significant, perhaps mistrusting yourself (and so much more). And yet we can then discover that even though we’ve been bullied, in other relationships people may perceive us as a bully,

Whether a bully and/or having been bullied, there is healing. If it’s a current relationship, there is change that can happen in you that will make a significant difference to you and perhaps to the other person. In this and the following audio we will map out the landscape and explore how to let the fullness of healing loose, so that the historic and current damage from being bullied or being a bully can be deeply cleansed.
