Imagine if you were able to speak unwelcome truth to someone else, with wisdom, love and honour. No fear. Imagine knowing clearly and simply when it was helpful and how to do it so that they could use it for their own growth. Christ expects us to be able to use this relational skill – it is part of what keeps life in the body of Christ safe.
In this audio, we will build a list of characteristics of such conversations – how to give truth to others and of course how to receive unwelcome truth ourselves. We will also consider how to let go of those times when such conversations have gone badly, so that we are not carrying any historic obstacles ourselves.
